Bayville Beach Permits
Bayville Beach Permits
Bayville beaches are for Village residents only.
Entrance into the beaches requires a BAY sticker or a guest pass, which can be obtained at Village Hall. In order to obtain a BAY sticker, a car registration must be presented, along with the car, showing that the car is registered to a Bayville address.
If the car is not registered to a Bayville address you must present two forms of identification that would prove residency, such as a utility bill, bank statement or credit card bill, and also the registration of the car, to obtain a guest pass. The stickers or guest passes are needed year-round for entrance into the beaches. (We cannot accept a driver's license, insurance cards, or a temporary registration that is affixed to windshield). A Bayville resident using a company car must obtain a letter from the company stating that they are authorized to use the car.
These requirements are in effect year-round.
